What happens to the information you give us?
We receive and store information you enter on our website or give us in any other way regarding your account or your personal information. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future web site features for you, improving our systems, and communicating with you. In the course of serving clients, Jolzy acquires, stores and transmits client communications and information that clients may regard as private or sensitive. Some of this information - such as the client's name, address, telephone number, and credit card data - is provided to Jolzy by its clients in order to establish service. Other information - such as the client's account status, choice of services, and client logs - is created and maintained by Jolzy in the normal course of providing service.
What are cookies and how we use them?
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many websites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses our web site. The help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. However, cookies allow you to take full advantage of some Jolzy's features, and we recommend that you leave them turned on.
Disclosure of customer information and communications
Information about our client is an important and a private part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We use this information internally for record keeping, statistics and additional communication with you when necessary or for future offerings.
We work diligently to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) where necessary, which encrypts information you input. When purchasing systems online we will send you a confirmation with various personal information, minus the credit card data. We do transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer. Jolzy will protect the confidentiality of its clients' information, account information and personal communications to the fullest extent possible and consistent with the law and the legitimate interests of Jolzy, its partners, its employees and other clients of Jolzy's services.
Jolzy will not otherwise disclose its clients' personal and account information unless we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Jolzy, Jolzy's clients, or others, or where Jolzy has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
Opt Out & Modifications
Clients may opt out of receiving notices of new or upgraded products from Jolzy by clicking the opt-out link included at the bottom of each automated e-mail. However, clients may not opt out of receiving information from Jolzy, which is essential for maintaining or updating clients' accounts or system information. Certain type of Web Plan clients may be given access to modify their personal information via a secure Control Panel, an option which is entirely based on agreement between the client and Jolzy.
